Weekly Classes

Join us for weekly, open to the public classes one of three ways: livestream with Heidi,  in studio (Rolling Hills) or livestream Chair Yoga with Kristen, or in studio (Crown Heights) Meditation with Shivananda on Sundays. We are also accepting bookings for individual and semi-private group classes. All in studio classes have a 6 to 1 student to teacher ratio. This means students receive the utmost care and attention while being provided the space to fully experience their own practice on the mat. Virtual classes are offered livestream through the Zoom platform. Students do not need a paid Zoom account to attend. Simply book the class and receive a confirmation email with class link. Please position your mat so the long edge is parallel to your camera, and the teacher can see you in seated or standing for the best class experience!
