Why private yoga?
Private and semi-private yoga offer student(s) individualized class plans, plus expert supported self-care. Committing to a yoga practice in this way allows both student and teacher the space to connect more deeply, and understand the whole body's needs as it changes and evolves over time.
Semi-private classes of 4-6 students can be booked on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis for those who prefer to connect in community with others. We are also currently accepting students on an individual basis. Contact us today to schedule with one of our highly trained, experienced teachers.
