Teacher Training & Yoga Immersion September 2024-March 2025

Take your mind, body and practice to the next level!

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

I gained the flexibility I desired to play on the floor with my new grandbabies and at the same time love that my mind and body reach a state of contentment that I look forward to at the end of each session. It’s been 3 years since my first class...and I’m a fan!

~Kim

I  have done yoga .... and I am learning how to control negative thoughts or anxieties running round my brain. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

~Kelly

Virtual yoga with Amber has been amazing for my practice, mentality and schedule. She is an amazing guide - Amber scopes in the practice to help me find exactly what works best for my body, and the variety of poses/stretches keeps me engaged. Amber has a calming yet refreshing energy that balances the whole experience.

~Erica

Living Yoga Collective is a beautiful gift of connection, community, healing, and transformation. Amber and Courtney, thank you for sharing your gifts with our community in order that healing and transformation may expand.
